Regional Delivery Manager, Europe
Our Regional Delivery Manager, Europe will be responsible for overall project delivery, client satisfaction and expectation management for key NetGuardians’ client relationships. You will take the full lead of the Delivery activities in the region, building the strategy enforcing HQ processes and methodologies to achieve best practices.
In this role, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement, leading your team to successful delivery experiences, ensuring quality standards are met and a first-class customer experience. It will also be part of your responsibilities to manage partners in the region.
Your great understanding of delivery matters will be key to actively support our Sales team in providing technical feedback during pre-sales phase. You will act as a change agent in project feasibility assessment and be responsible for the definition of man-days.
You possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to communicate with a large and international set of audience. While you have a strong strategic mindset, able to lead and inspire, you also have a strong appetite for hands-on contribution to team success. You are highly organized and able to delivery quality outcomes respecting budget and timeline as well as are at ease with multiple complex project handling. You have strong objectives and solutions orientation and display great engagement skills. You are a natural leader, with demonstrated people management capabilities.
