Reporting directly to the Managing Director Asia, you will take the full lead of the Delivery activities in Asia. You will be responsible for building the delivery strategy and execute it to achieve the regional objectives, enforcing the HQ processes and methodologies to achieve best practices.
In this role, you will oversee all projects in the region, leading your team to successful delivery experiences, ensuring quality standards are met and a first-class customer experience. You will act as the main point of contact for escalation during the entire project. It will also be part of your responsibilities to assess and manage partners in the region.
Your great understanding of delivery matters will be key to actively support our Sales team in providing technical feedback during pre-sales phase. You will act as a change agent in project feasibility assessment and be responsible for the definition of man-days.
You are highly organized, and at ease with multiple complex projects handling. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to communicate with a large set of audience. You have strong objectives and solutions orientation and display great engagement skills. You are a natural leader, with demonstrated people management capabilities.
