In this key position, you will be responsible to manage the full end-to-end project of our NG solution, from design to deployment into customer environments. Working closely with our clients as well as with our partners, you will understand their requirements and unique challenges, and provide them with 3rd level support. You will also support both Sales and Product teams as a subject expert.

You are a dynamic professional, curious and eager to learn, who is willing to travel abroad on short-term assignments (up to 30%). You are flexible and able to prioritize, with solid problem-solving skills. You are a natural team player, who is comfortable in collaborating with virtual and transversal team, in a multi-cultural environment. You possess strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.

  • Computer science degree with 2-5 years’ experience in customer support or consulting
  • Experience in IT banking environment is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Linux systems and scripting (python, bash)
  • Good knowledge of relational database environments and SQL language
  • Knowledge of banking systems (Avaloq, Temenos T24 core banking systems, SWIFT) a strong asset
  • Fluent in English
  • German, French or any other languages an asset
